Livi Machinery has engineered a cutting-edge layer house design capable of accommodating 20,000 egg-laying chickens using H Type Layer Cage.
House dimensions measure 55 meters in length, 10 meters in width, and 4 meters in height.
The selected chicken cage system is the H-type configuration, with each unit featuring 4 tiers and 4 doors, housing up to 192 chickens per set.
Within the layer house, the H-type chicken cages are arranged in 3 rows, with each row comprising 35 sets of cages.
A total of 105 sets are required to house the 20,000 chickens.
Automated poultry equipment includes feeding, watering, and waste management systems, ensuring efficient and streamlined operations.
Additionally, environmental control systems are incorporated to regulate temperature, humidity, and ventilation within the layer house design. It optimize conditions for poultry health and productivity.
